WHEN IN DOUBT, USE THE GOLDEN RULE. How would you want your art (paintings, music, 3-D stuff, food, whatever) shared?

If someone saw you doing your public art thing in public and took a pic of you while you were working, would you want them to share it and tag you? SURE.

Would you want your event to be shared, or a file of your art/music/whatever that YOU posted to be reposted/shared and for your friend to give you a head nod on social media?! ABSOLUTELY!

Maybe even a shoutout to your website? ICING ON THE CAKE!

Would you want a non-professional image (blurry, weird colors, poor lighting, etc.) of your painting floating around on the web? NO WAY.

Would you want your artwork to go into an advertisement that you didn’t approve? HECK NO!

If someone was making money off of what you do for a living, would you want to get paid for it? UM, YES. WITHOUT A DOUBT! Artists, craftsmen, and musicians of all shapes, sizes, media, and instruments work hard!
